Slip Joint
The Geoprober slip joint is unique in that it can be locked in any position and pressurised to 5000 psi - furthermore, it provides a low pressure seal (25 psi) when in slipping mode. The sealing element is a standard hydraulically energised packing element as used in Coiled Tubing strippers. The inner and outer slip joint barrels are standard API casing joints. |
